4.1 Each Member is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the km77a Platform. Opening or attempting to open multiple accounts — whether in the same name, using different personal details, or through third parties — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
4.2 When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. km77a relies on this information for KYC verification and transaction processing.
4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your km77a login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. km77a will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

4.5 km77a reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and place an Account under review at any time pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Funds will not be released until verification is complete and approved.
All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the Member's own name. km77a accepts deposits via the following channels, subject to availability:
Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed at the time of transaction in the km77a cashier. All balances are held and displayed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). km77a does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

5.3.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment account registered in the same name as the km77a Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, national holidays, or where additional verification is required.
5.3.3 Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier at the time of request. km77a reserves the right to apply daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits at its discretion, particularly for accounts that have not completed full KYC verification.
5.3.4 km77a reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, including requesting additional documentation, where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
6.1 km77a offers a range of promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). 6.2 Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all km77a bonuses:
6.3 Bonus Funds are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except upon satisfaction of the applicable wagering requirement.
7.1 All bets and wagers placed on the km77a Platform are final once confirmed. 11.2 km77a shall not be liable for any loss or damage of the following types, even if km77a was advised of the possibility of such loss:
11.3 km77a does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or individual services.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms limits km77a's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.
12.1 km77a collects, processes, and stores Member personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at /privacy-policy.
12.2 By registering an Account, you consent to km77a processing your personal data for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, including account management, fraud prevention, KYC compliance, customer support, and the delivery of relevant promotional communications (where you have opted in).

13.1 km77a may suspend or terminate a Member's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
